Bambino who? That be Bambino Koresh which is a new band featuring Tom Morgan backing up the rockin'' talents of his wife Leticia Nischang. Tom is on the bass along with drummer Sarah Moor and Leti on guitar and vocals. They've been playing around Sydney/Newcastle the last few months and come along and see if Tom has a costume change when Bambino Koresh support Smudge at the Annandale on Sunday 6th July.
KHANCOBAN news: The band has recently finished recording their anticipated full-length record, Limbs May Fall, a twelve-track effort recorded in Melbourne by Neil Thomason (plus additional recording by Pete Cohen) and mastered in Chicago by Bob Weston, which is scheduled for release in the second half of 2008. Many of the songs, including 'Stolen car' and 'Balloon Sunrise', have long been perfected on the road. The title-track quietly begins the record, then accelerates to fulfil the poise and direction Khancoban is travelling in - expanding the view in every direction from their debut. Various tracks from the record are now being previewed online.
